This class is just what you need to begin using beans and whole grains in all your favorite recipes. Chloe will go over the importance of soaking beans and grains and how they can be easily prepared for a healthy meal. This also includes details on how this will decrease cooking time and increase available nutrients. There will be two warm breakfasts to sample as well as a chilled quinoa pudding. Recipes will also include Black Bean and Quinoa salad, Spring Greens and White Bean soup, and Chocolate Cherry Black Bean cookies.
